1. To whom consent is given
I, the personal data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Viola TK LLC (385000, Republic of Adygea, Maykop district, Tulsky settlement) to process my personal data on the terms set out below.
2. Categories of data
This consent covers surname and first name, company name and position, e-mail address, telephone number, the content of the enquiry, and technical data transmitted automatically by the browser.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed in order to consider the enquiry and prepare a reply, send a commercial offer, specifications and documents, arrange the dispatch of samples, conclude and perform a contract, and send informational and marketing communications — subject to separate consent to such mailings.
4. List of actions
Consent is given for the collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, with and without the use of automation.
5. Validity and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn. Withdrawal is effected by sending a written statement to info@viola-tk.ru or to the Operator’s address. After withdrawal, processing ceases, except where it continues on another lawful basis.
6. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Privacy policy, that the data provided belongs to me and is accurate, and that the rights of a personal data subject under Federal Law No. 152-FZ have been explained to me.
