Lavender hydrosol

Lavender hydrosol conveys the familiar lavender profile in a lighter, more watery and less camphoraceous form than the essential oil. It is particularly convenient where a soft botanical sound is required without building a separate fragrance composition.

In cosmetics the product is used in tonics, mist formats, creams, masks, after-shave, body care and hair care. In linen sprays, pillow mists and spa products the hydrosol can serve simultaneously as the water base and as part of a natural fragrance concept.

For contract manufacturers this is a universal material: clear to the end consumer, technologically simple in water-based formulas and suitable for several product categories. Lavender hydrosol works well both as a stand-alone item and as a base for hydrosol blends.
