Juniper
Juniper essential oil delivers a dry coniferous-woody profile with cool resinous character and light spice. Unlike softer forest notes it sounds more structured and «dry», so it works well in compositions that require natural woody freshness without a sweet balsamic base.
In perfumery juniper is in demand in woody, aromatic, coniferous and masculine directions. It supports vetiver, cedarwood, citrus and herbal notes well, adding natural texture to a composition. In niche formulas it can serve as a distinctive accent rather than a background.
In cosmetics and home fragrance the oil suits men’s and unisex lines, shower products, soap, bath products, candles, diffusers and room sprays. Food use is possible for the appropriate botanical species and raw material quality, in particular in specialist flavour systems.
