1. General provisions
This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of individuals (hereinafter — Users), carried out by Viola TK LLC (hereinafter — the Operator) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data».
Use of the website constitutes the User’s agreement with this Policy. If the User does not agree, they should stop using the website.

3. Categories of data processed
The Operator processes data that the User provides voluntarily through the website forms: surname and first name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of the enquiry.
Technical data is processed automatically: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of the request, referral source and cookie data.
4. Purposes of processing
Data is processed in order to handle enquiries and requests, prepare commercial offers and send samples, conclude and perform supply contracts, send informational materials where consent has been given, improve the operation of the website and analyse visit statistics.
5. Legal grounds
The grounds for processing are the User’s consent, a concluded or prospective contract, and the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including tax and accounting law.
6. Procedure and periods of processing
Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, updating, use, transfer, depersonalisation and deletion.
Data is stored no longer than required to achieve the purposes of processing, and for the periods established by law. Once the purposes have been achieved, the data is destroyed or depersonalised.
7. Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except when engaging contractors (hosting, transport companies, analytics services) on terms of confidentiality, and when meeting the requirements of authorised state bodies.
Data is transferred outside the Russian Federation only where an adequate level of protection is ensured and where the data subject has consented, when required by law.
